How do we price our services?
- Our pricing is per asset, based on unit size, stage in the leasing cycle, location, asset class, and travelling required.
- This is a third-party, remote-based service with the possibility to add periodic site-visits and in-person meetings with the ownership group.
- There is a mandatory 90-day probationary term on the service agreement, transitioning to month-to-month after that.
- An initial discovery-call will allow for a detailed and custom-made service proposal.
